Christmas/Holiday Worship Service Schedule

Christmas and New Year’s Day Worship Service Schedule
There will be one Worship Service at 10:30 am.
There will be no other activities on these two Sundays.

Christmas Eve Candle Light Service at 6:00. Combined Service with Centerville Christian Fellowship. All the community is invited.

There will be NO Wednesday evening activities on December 21 and 28.

This will be a combined service with our guests, Centerville Christian Fellowship. This Community wide service will feature a wonderful Candle and Carols Worship Experience.

Vacation Bible School Panda Mania!

Come Join us for our 2011 Vacation Bible School Panda Mania! This year’s bible school will be June 20th-24th from 6 to 9pm each evening. Join us for an exciting adventure filled with games, snacks, crafts, songs and more. We are so excited to explore all the ways that God is wild about us! Then on Sunday June 26th join us for our morning service highlighting the children’s Vacation Bible School program and picnic that follows. See you there!

Picnic following the service.

After the service there will be a carry-in style picnic across the street from the church in the shelter house at our Sports Complex. Bring your favorite picnic foods to share and your favorite soft drinks and picnic games.

Star City 4Kids

Star City 4KIds is an all new Children’s area. This is an exciting 6000 square foot replica of old downtown and is designed for children to have fun as they worship during Children’s Church at 10:30 am and learn during the Sunday School hour at 9:00 am. They will enjoy puppets, sing along videos, and fun projects. They will be mesmerized when they watch awesome Christian videos in the Star City Movie Theater with its HD projector, gigantic screen, and surround sound.
Also, this is really cool place AWANA on Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:45 pm. The kids can’t wait to come back and gather on Main Street for singing and fun times with Ms. Melissa and her Star City Crew.
Here are some of the unsolicited (well maybe a little solicited) comments by kids during the Grand Opening, “cool, wow, no way, this is sick, I want to come back, this is so fun, this is for kids?, and where is the restroom?” From the parents we heard, “can we watch the Superbowl in the theater next year?, can we have a date night here?, I have never seen anything like this, it is amazing”, and the favorite, “What kid wouldn’t like this?”

Start your July 4th early with a special “Freedom Celebration” at 9:00 am.
This will be the only worship service for the day. There will be Children’s Church in Star City at 9:00 am as well.
